Loaded Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

2 medium baking potatoes, peeled and diced
1 handfull broccoli florets, chopped
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon milk


Notes

Any vegetable can be added to these potatoes. Carrots, cauliflower, peas, etc.


Directions

Wash, peel and dice potatoes. Wash and chop broccoli florets. Steam cook for about 15 minutes. Discard leftover water from steaming.

Add a tablespoon or so of milk and the cheese to taste. Mash it all together with a large fork.
