Web Recipe Manager & Subscription Orders:
On completion of your order for your free copy of Web Recipe Manager, you will be able to log into your personal recipe database using the user name and password you chose during the registration process. You should have received confirmation of these details via the email address you have registered with us. If not then please contact us
If you purchase a subscription to increase the number of recipes you may store, then as soon as payment is received, the new limit will take effect the next time you log in or refresh any page in the recipe area.

Subscription Upgrades/Downgrades:
You may upgrade/downgrade your subscription any time by selecting 'Upgrade Subscription' in the "My Account" menu. A pro-rata cost for the time until your next renewal will be calculated automatically if applicable. Once completed the new recipe limit will take effect the next time you log in or refresh any page in the recipe area.

Subscription Renewals:
If you store your credit card details with us, then your subcriptions will automatically be renewed using those credit cards details on the renewal date. Otherwise an invoice will be sent to remind you when payment is due.
If payment is not received on the due date, you will be given 3 days to pay. After this time, if payment is not received, your subscription will be suspended and your recipe limit will be reduced to the 20 included with Web Recipe Manager. You will then be given 3 extra days during which you may bring your subscription up to date by entering the "My Account" area and paying your open invoice. If payment is still not received during this time, your subscription will be cancelled and any recipes other than the 20 most recently added/modified will be deleted.

Subscription Cancellations:
If you choose to cancel your subscription for any reason, you may choose to cancel immediately or at the next renewal date. Please be aware that no pro-rata refund will be issued if you choose to cancel prior to the next renewal date.
